The International Institute for Development and Transformational Cooperation (IIDTC), is committed to full transparency in all aspects of its operations. Regular publication of annual reports, available in three languages, containing comprehensive information on the institute’s financing, activities, and governance.

Public inquiries, allowing individuals to request additional information about the institute’s activities or governance at any time.
IIDTC fully complies with the legal regulations of the Czech Republic, including the Law on Foundations and Public Benefit Organizations (No. 227/1997 Coll.), which requires organizations to provide the public with access to information about their activities, finances, and results. In accordance with these regulations, the institute is committed to complete transparency in all aspects of its operations. Our goal is to ensure that our activities are clearly visible, accountable, and aligned with the highest ethical standards.
In its activities, IIDTC also complies with the requirements of European legislation, including the Accounting Directive (2013/34/EU), which applies to organizations engaged in public benefit activities, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679), which establishes rules for the processing and protection of personal data.
All branches and affiliated organizations of IIDTC adhere to the same transparency principles, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations in each country where they operate, including local laws related to organizational transparency.

Legal Framework
Mezinárodní institut rozvojové a transformační spolupráce, z. ú. (IIDTC), is established in accordance with Czech Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, specifically Sections 402–418, which govern the activities of registered institutes providing publicly beneficial services.
IIDTC complies with all requirements set forth by Czech law, including registration in the public registry and the use of resources exclusively for fulfilling its purpose. The institute’s governance is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and its statutes.
